• Our jackets are handcrafted, and it takes approximately 4 to 5 weeks to create a jacket from the time of order placement.
• Once your jacket is crafted, our dedicated quality checking team carefully examines each detail to ensure it meets our high standards.

Shipping Time:

• All orders, except those with Express options, will be shipped within 4 to 5 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
• We understand the anticipation of receiving your SUZAHDI creation, and we appreciate your patience as we craft and perfect each jacket.

Express Shipping:

• For customers seeking a quicker delivery option, we offer Express Shipping on a limited number of items. These items are ready to ship within 1 week.
• Please note that the availability of Express Shipping is limited due to the handmade nature of our products. Look for the "Express Shipping" option during the checkout process.

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.
• Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries:

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Order only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday
