Our team will take 20-25 days to design and manufacture your jacket to ensure its high quality. Once the jacket is ready and approved by our quality checking team, we will ship it to you. The estimated delivery time is 3-4 days from the date of shipment. We appreciate your patience and look forward to delivering your customized jacket soon!

Return & Exchange

At SUZAHDI, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy to make things right.

Our return policy allows for a full refund or exchange within 2 weeks of receipt of the product, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused and with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at cs@suzahdi.com. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
